You have 30 days after your winder arrives to return it for a full refund. Items must be undamaged and in their original condition. Just email info@tourbillonwinders.com with your order number and we'll send a free prepaid UPS return label. Returns aren't accepted after 30 days. (US orders; international orders are final sale.)

Yes, every winder includes a 3-year limited warranty. If a part is damaged, fill out our warranty form with your order number and what happened, and we'll send a replacement part or winder free of charge.
